Thanks for preserving all these beautiful wallpapers. I was born in the late 2000's so I never got to truly experience that decade. But I love video games from the 2000's and 2010's. I grew up with the Original Xbox and Xbox 360 thanks to my dad and the Wii. Technology nowadays is not like it used to be. We used to have a Toshiba that ran on Windows Vista and booting it up and seeing the colorful menu really stuck with me as a kid. Now, technology has gotten bland and almost void of color and imagination. App thumbnails on phones are simplistic and don't have vibrant colors or iconic images. The Xbox series X looks like a fridge and the menu is covered with sponsored ads and there is no more media visualizer. So I am very grateful you have secured this wonderful part of history. This website is a beacon of hope. In a world where creativity, color, and dedication is lacking, this website is a godsend. Thanks so much and to all of you out there, stay imaginative, try new things, and move forward with positivity and resolve to make your life and others lives better.

Do you have a nostalgic memory from the 2000s: Lots of them! But I particularly remember messing around on my family's computer that ran Windows XP and our Wii XD

I adore this site! Such a nice and nostalgic vibe. I've been really interested in old computers/tech and the frutiger aero aesthetic lately despite having pretty limited knowledge about computers hehe but it's so cool to find a little corner of the internet like this. Hope your day is wonderful ^w^

Do you have a nostalgic memory from the 2000s: I remember asking my mom to download movies on Limewire and not understanding that it was illegal.

My bedroom is full Y2K style. I also rip music from CDs. I miss this more simple time. I wrote an essay which is on You Tube titled: Why 90s and 2000s Vibes Still Hit in 2026
