I love your site! What a throwback to Windows Vista and Windows 7. That was the computer systems I grew up on, and I wish I could still have them. She's a VOCALOID (voice synthetiser software) mascot from Japan who gained worldwide popularity because it gave people the ability to make songs without having a great voice yourself using the software. Also a lot of vocaloid covers went viral like for example the nyan cat and ievan polka memes.
