I never expected a website like this to even exist. I was just looking for wallpapers to add to my desktop and this is how I ended up here.
Thank you so much for this. <3 I've been in love with frutiger aero when I first heard of it almost a year ago. (I guess I did miss this site when I was scrolling for resources though, oof. Glad I'm here!) Can't wait to explore the software customization links, too! I'm seeing ones I hadn't seen yet. 
Other stuff:
I'm currently using Openshell for my taskbar (but I'm thinking of trying out other ones like Retrobar [on github]).
Not sure if you've heard of this yet, but I've only recently found out about it. Check out Escargot---it basically revives Windows Live Messenger with a patch that allows it to be useable again.
